Our Story

FEM Software Inc. was founded on a straightforward belief: technology should make your work easier, not harder.

After years of working inside large organizations — building integrations, setting up data systems, and advising on software decisions — our team kept running into the same frustrations in businesses of all sizes: tools that don't talk to each other, hours lost to tasks that should be automatic, and reports that no one fully trusts.
